I’ve been wanting to come here for AGES and was so glad we made the trek up. Food was absolutely delicious-wife had a giant plate of fajitas and I got a delicious steak burrito! What made the place stand out apart from the gorgeous scenery and calm chill environment was the excellent service! We were greeted with a bowl of water and a side of beef for our dog! We loved it and can’t wait to come back!!!

A pleasant surprise while on a scenic drive along the Delaware. Absolutely charming outdoor dining. Great food and awesome staff. Had shrimp fajitas and loaded nachos birth amazing. Shrimp cooked perfect and the flavors perfect. Balls and Frisbees to keep the kids busy. Highly recommend!!

Salsa Shack is a food truck located at 13817 NY-97, Long Eddy, NY. They have a large outdoor setting next to a pond, with plenty of large and small picknick tables and umbrellas on a large lawn area. It's perfect for outdoor lunch and dining. They are family - and dog friendly, and even keep balls and other items for children to play with and entertain themselves while waiting for the food to come out. The food was delicious, we tried their Nachos, quesadillas, and shrimp burrito. The portions are generous, and the owners are extremely friendly and are happy to welcome and greet you. If you are ever in the Long Eddy neighborhood in Sullivan County, I recommend making a stop here and trying the food and enjoying the view.

Salsa shack is a MUST VISIT. We go multiple times a year. We also had them Cater our rehearsal dinner for our wedding and they knocked it out of the park, great food, great prices and an amazing team. This is a group to support for sure.

AMAZING! If you are looking for a place to stop or eat, you HAVE to stop here. It’s a little food truck in the most picturesque location off route 17 in NY. The owners of the shack are three incredibly friendly ladies, they even made some food for our dog! The burritos were so good we literally didn’t even stop to take a picture. Highly recommend the steak & burger burrito- some of the best we’ve ever had! We were SO glad we pulled off the highway to stop here - it made our whole road trip so much better.

The food is so good! Service was super friendly and attentive. They even made a special piece of chicken for my pup. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem. You should go too!

Was looking for something to eat in the area, stumbled upon the gem that is Salsa Shack! Was some of the best Mexican Cuisine i’ve ever had, hands down! The atmosphere, ambience and location of the property is stunning. Totally recommend anyone in the area to try it. If you’re on the fence, go for it!!!

This place is special. Map the location and download the map - cell service in the area is weak. We tried to get here twice. The first time we got lost bc we didn’t have the map downloaded. This is a private property (not at all a commercial area) with just barely enough signage if you know to look for it. On a Sunday afternoon they did steady business. Warning: outdoor seating only, so pick a nice day. Additional warning: bathroom is a port-a-potty. The food is good and priced well. The proprietors are friendly. The place has character. Definitely worth a visit.
